Our Mothers’ Union Meetings


Held on the first Wednesday in the month at 2.30pm in Church House, Church Street Corsham and new members are always welcome. In our area as well as our monthly meetings we support various projects, Friends for Parents at the Bristol Children’s Hospital, Away from it All Holidays for disadvantaged families, Cathedral Welcomers, Knitting Jumpers for Refugees, Service Users Swindon Team helping recovering drug or alcohol users, “Virtual Babies” , helping teenagers understand what it is like to have a baby who is dependent on you, the RISE (Reach Includes Support Enable) Project in Chippenham as well as many other projects throughout the world.    

We are an inclusive organization! We welcome men, women, parents, non-parents, grandparents, those who are married and those who are not – everyone!. We just ask that you support our aim to provide Christian care to family life. So why not get involved in something special today?

Corsham Branch has decided to have a service on 31 May to join the Global Moment of worship for “Thy Kingdom Come”.  It will be held in Church House where they hope to pick up the live link from Hull of the service led by Lynne Tembey.  This is a special service which can be picked up from the National MU web site and there will be orders of service available.   It is open for anyone who would like to join the Branch, meeting at 1.45 to be ready for when it goes live at 2pm.
